Add 4get to Search Engines

This should fulfill the requirements and close #113 if there's any questions, comments, suggestions, concerns, let me know! I decided to put the WTFPL as the maintainer of this has no license, but would choose WTFPL if they need a license. If the maintainer decides to go with this license, it should be fine. If not, i'm happy to commit and remove the license.

Hi, thanks for the PR - however there are still unresolved problems with how this project is maintained - see #113. We can reopen this PR once these issues are addressed.
