Common scripts we use around the lab that will probably be useful in the future

Scripts will all have their own documentation

Scripts included:

-countLetter:
	counts the letters in a given input file of \n seperated strings
	arguments: [the letter to count] [the file to read from]
	output: the number of strings read, the number of the specified letter 
		found
