Description of changes:
We need to track the list of unsupported branches for which we sync k8 patches. Thus, we only need to update the checksums only for projects
kubernetesandreleasein kubernetes so that, whenever the<verions>-kubernetes-presubmitand -kubernetes-presubmit-test`run the checksums will match.Thus, adding a new file K8_SUPPORTED_RELEASE_BRANCHES will help to keep track of these branches.
