Python: Implementation and tests for synchronous and asynchronous invocations of Amazon Bedrock models #5635

This PR adds AWS SDK for Python (boto3) code samples and tests for Amazon Bedrock models:

Synchronous Invocation: Using BedrockRuntimeClient.InvokeModel, the examples demonstrate synchronous calls to Anthropic Claude 2 and AI21 Labs Jurassic-2 for text, and Stability.ai Stable Diffusion XL for images.

Asynchronous Invocation: With BedrockRuntimeAsyncClient.InvokeModelWithResponseStream, the example illustrates handling asynchronous responses.

This contribution addresses the second and thrid items in issue #5540 (InvokeModel and InvokeModelWithResponseStream)
