What does this PR do?

This pull request addresses the issue of missing .html extensions in several links on the trends.html page, which was causing 404 Not Found errors. The .html extension has been added to the following links:

• Refund Policy: /blogs/refund-policy.html
• Licensing: /Licensing.html
• Our Contributors: /contributors.html
• Terms of Service: /blogs/terms-of-service.html
• Site Map: /blogs/sitemap.html

Resources Section

• Home: /
• About Us: /about.html
• Trends: /trends.html
• Tools: /tools/sip.html
• Blog: /blog.html
• Quiz: /quiz.html

The fix ensures that users are able to access the correct pages without encountering errors.
