The Flowzone app does not have actions: read IIRC, and neither does the new defaults for the automatic GITHUB_TOKEN. I think we need to decide which is better to use here.

BALENAOS_CI_APP_PRIVATE_KEY is available as a secret across the balena-os org, and the var BALENAOS_CI_APP_ID has been set to 400859. We can use this for App Installation tokens in the yocto-scripts workflow going forward, and stop repurposing the Flowzone app.
