Fix typos batch 2

What changed? Why?
Fixed 4 typos found through thorough manual review of Base documentation:

1. prompots → prompts (in get-started/quickstart.md)
2. can be appear → can appear (in tools/tokens-in-coinbase-wallet.mdx)
3. Baset → Base (in base-app-beta.mdx - appears twice)
4. 👀or ⌛ → 👀 or ⌛ (in chat-agents.mdx - missing space)
   These corrections improve readability and maintain the high quality standards of Base documentation.

Notes to reviewers

• All typos were found through careful manual review of multiple documentation sections
• Changes are minimal and focused only on spelling/grammar corrections
• No functional changes to the documentation content
• This is the second batch of typo fixes (first PR Fix typo: 'monetiziation' -> 'monetization' in get-started/base.mdx #515 already merged)

How has it been tested?

• Manually verified each typo exists in the source files using grep commands
• Confirmed corrections are grammatically correct
• Tested that changes don't break any existing functionality
• Reviewed changes in local development environment
