Optimized for printing, this pdf can be generated over any selection of issues.
To get an overview of the generated report, it starts with general information about the construction site, the applied filters to the issues & a list of selected components of the report. Each page also contains information when and who has generated the report and how many pages it consists of.
To get an overview of the contained issues, it is possible to include summary tables which show how many issues of a certain status exist. These aggregations can be performed by map, craft or craftsmen.
To be able to fix or document issues, they are described in detail in a table, with description and when which status was set by whom. If they were positioned on a map, the number of the respective issue is rendered at the correct position inside an image of the map. If an image was attached to the issue, the image is also contained inside the report.
What we want to archive with the report
- fast generation: nearly instant generation to be able to print fast
- easily understandable: should contain all information needed to fix or archive a list of issues
- save paper: no more pages than absolutely necessary
