Home directories are not mounted

Check for ZFS pools that are not imported with

zfs import

You can import a pool with

zfs import <pool_name>

Currently, the most home directories are in the spinners pool, which uses the HDs. The exceptions to that are purely administrative accounts, such as root and kjohnson.
