Setup a server to export k6 metrics to sysdig

To Do:

• setup basic server in openshift
• verify sysdig picks up metrics
• verify metrics are idempotent (ie if the pod restarts it doesn't duplicate metrics in sysdig)
• convert k6 json metrics to usable prom metrics

Update:

I've got the sandbox 125 instance up now with the pvc needed. please note that you'll need to initiate brand new instances with a job in the future, see here for details: https://github.com/bcgov/ocp-sso/blob/master/openshift/README.md#sso-instance-initialization (sth consider to add into pipeline)

Also I've updated the scripts to setup k6 (details in k6 readme) if you need them for new sbox setup in the future.
