This repository is modified from https://github.com/harmslab/latticeproteins written by Zach Sailer and Jesse Bloom. Some data from the paper Stability and the Evolvability of Function in a Model Protein is used for unit testing.
To install the package: download and unzip the repository, cd into the repository, and pip install .
