This is a docker image, providing the osra structural recognition software for ease of use

The OSRA project can be found at the following location:

https://cactus.nci.nih.gov/osra/

Usage

docker run -it berlinguyinca/osra

will allow you to interact with the osra installation on the image.

The build is managed, using docker hub:
