Added a default reset file for gps and gps_rescue in /other.
Updated the 'reset to 4.3` settings file, however to be honest we should delete it, since it configures NMEA, which we no longer support. It will only lead to problems. What do you think?
EDIT : after discussion with @limonspb, I removed the 'reset to 4.3' settings file, so that in 4.5 we now only provide, as a Betaflight default, a simple way to perform a Reset to the default 4.5 GPS rescue settings.
Also I scanned all the existing 4.5 files for GPS values, and none required correction or updating.
