Had to lock
bigchaindb-drivertov4.1.0. The recently publishedv4.1.1was published without running the actual release script, so thedist/folder is missing in the published package, which in turn destroys our Get Started page. Tracked here: bigchaindb/js-bigchaindb-driver#292
