Move third party helpers list from bottom of page where it is "hidden" / out of sight. 5. Documentation of custom helpers. 6. Contribution notes and external resources.

Hi Tracey, Yes I can but it will take a few days. I have realised earlier today that the new helper is not yet merged into the stencil-cli so this pr wont be of any use until that happens anyways. No point in publishing a feature that isn't usable 🤷♂️. I'll mark this pr as a draft again soon until such time as that changes. While it's a draft I'll resolve the conflict.
