Show live text instead of Unix epoch

Show "Ongoing" or "Current" instead of Unix epoch when an event is currently being captured by Frigate.

The whole detail view is very much a WIP 😅, and I think I'll probably be overhauling the way the horizontal scroll for events works too. I definitely don't love it.

I'll start moving my WIP stuff to a dev branch to avoid collisions like this!

What I have in mind is combining the snapshot and video into a singe card, then showing the details separately that doesn't take up a full card with but more of a peek by sliding the main card halfway over. Hoping to play around with it more later today
