Exploring DwC-DP with marine community measurements dataset

This is an attempt to map BROKE-West Fish dataset as a marine survey and community measurements use case of the new data model to DwC-DP and explore what information can be retrieve from DwCAv2.

Getting started

This project uses renv to manage the dependencies in a virtual environment. Please try the following command to load the dependencies:

renv::restore()

R version 4.4.2 was used the scripts in this repository.
