Support TSDF metadata version used on PPP. Changes required:

study_id <- subject_id
channels <- quantities
data_type <- datatype
start_iso8601 <- start_datetime_iso8601
end_iso8601 <- end_datetime_iso8601

In case channels (i.e., quantities) and units have only one element each, they are not required to be formatted as lists.
