About

The system converts fingerprint scans (WSQ, JPEG, JPEG2000, PNG) to minutiae format (ANSI/INCITS 378, ISO/IEC 29794-4) and minutiae formats between each other. The application can be used as the C library or as a web service. Docker images with pre-compiled library and web service are also available to download.
