  • Update sphinx upper bound to 8.0 until October
  • Add alternative pyobo.get_name interface
  • Add extra gilda term subset utility
  • Add Credit taxonomy
  • Add extra tools for ror and geonames
  • Use class resolver to replace deprecated pkg_resources functionality (alternate to Fix pkg_resources.iter_entry_points deprecation #191)
  • Remove unavoidable printing to standard out from contributed code for version pins
