This is part 1 of the dependency updates (external dependencies).
There are two actions that I forked because they were broken at that time, I need to check if they have merged the PRs/if the problems still exist.
The PR pipeline is triggered by this change anyway and uses this workflow file, so if it runs successfully I will simply push changes to this PR, no need to complicate it.Edit: No, we need to merge it into dev for the new workflow file to be picked up, changes can be tested with the next PR against develop.
