nested_virtualization is required for multipass, which seems required for newer snaprcraft?

For #251 and #248

But I guess it requires full KVM, which I don't think is available unless the CI runs on bare metal. No idea who designed snapcraft this way, but it doesn't really make any sense.

I guess this will be fixed by bitcoin/bitcoin#31068 when someone implements old-glibc or static-glibc in guix
