Enables and encourages spam, with no apparent legitimate use cases. I discourage implementing this. --Luke Dashjr, 2016-12-23

Encourages adds non-transaction related bloat to the Bitcoin blockchain, without a clear benefit to users of the Bitcoin Currency. I would recommend against implementing this. --Greg Maxwell 2017-03-014
