This contains a default test application that implements the test commands ECHO, SINK and SOURCE. It's intended to be built with the CI and tested in the stab-lab. Connected to #73.
It also contains new a new CPX implementation that is intended to clean up the API for using CPX and will later on be used in the examples inside this repository.
