Conda lock files for linux-64 auto-updated to latest resolved environment of geovista dependencies.

Updated the uber_h3 example to use the h3 4.x API, namely:

• h3_to_geo -> cell_to_latlng
• get_pentagon_indexes -> get_pentagons
• h3_to_children -> cell_to_children
• h3_to_geo_boundary -> cell_to_boundary
• get_res0_indexes -> get_res0_cells
