Adding a basic LDK model to BLAST. This model will manage ldk-nodes that can be added to a BLAST simulation. For now, SimLN does not support LDK so these nodes can only be used to forward payments, not initiate payments. In other words, you cannot add activity that includes the LDK nodes.
