Hello world app to test CI/CD tools

Installation

$ virtualenv venv
$ source venv/bin/activate
$ pip install -r requirements.txt

Run

$ FLASK_APP=bluenovetest flask run

The app should be available at http://127.0.0.1:5000/

Run tests

$ pytest
