[Autopilot Parameters] Reports it failed to write parameters, but after restarting, it had written. #2705

Steps:

Reset the parameters

Select a file to load parameters from:

About five minutes later, it will report it had failed to write some parameters:

Some comments on this step:

Should the user restart the autopilot or the entire vehicle?
If it is really necessary (see below), the restart could happen automatically
If can't be automatic, there should be a button here

Without restarting, if I load the same parameters file, it says it's all right, contradicting itself:
