This PR includes the latest translations from Crowdin, and cleans up outdated strings.

Many thanks to @cirx1e for making numerous adjustments to Traditional Chinese (zh-TW). I believe it now has broader regional applicability, similar to what we aimed to achieve for Simplified Chinese (zh-CN) in our previous localization PR.

And special thanks to @hakadao for nearly restructuring the entire Cantonese (zh-HK) localization. As a native speaker, they have brought significant improvements to its quality.

@VentusUta and me are continuously working on improving Simplified Chinese to make it more natural and easier to understand.

This is an ongoing project, but we will do our best to ensure that every commit is highly usable and maintains consistency in language expression. Ready for merge at any time.
