This is the first release of the Rex extractor. This program extracts information about ROS-based programs and stores data in a tuple-attribute file.

Things To Do:
While Rex is stable, there are things that still need work. Node handle objects still aren't defined and the accuracy of generated relationships are still not great. There also may be the odd bug present.
