1.1: "do nothing" update

Just a small upgrade: the script no longer disables tracks on open if track number from config does not exist in the file. Instead, file default tracks are used -- so basically, the script does nothing in this case.
Also includes some refactoring.

Initial release: works on my machine

A release so you don't have to clone the entire repo.
