The PEAR2 website

To release a package, run `pyrus scs-release MyPackage.tgz` handle then commit 
and push to [email protected]:pear2/pear2.php.net.git

The live pear2.php.net site is running from the master branch.

Requirements - 
* PHP 5.3.2+

Quick Setup:
cp config.sample.php config.inc.php
cp www/sample.htaccess www/.htaccess
