This PR introduces a new example to the Bonsai.ML.Torch library demonstrating how to build and train a custom neural network module in Python and then running inference with the model in Bonsai. This extends the previous Torch Hub example by showcasing the full workflow for defining and training a custom model in Python instead of downloading an existing model from Torch Hub. Fixes #30.
