caRpools 1.0 ALPHA RELEASE

This is an alpha release with a new structure.

• new MIACCS file, please see the provided file.
• new R code -> faster.
• added edgeR and sgRSEA method
• new visualizations
• added FASTQ quality reports

NO DOCUMENTATION YET.

please install the alpha version via RSTUDIO -> install Packages -> select .tgz file and select the .tgz file included in the ZIP.
