caRpools ALPHA Release 1.025

In this alpha release,
several bugs were fixed.
Please see the updated MIACCS.xlsx file, updated scripts and updated RMD files.

Installation:
Extract the file and install using Rstudio -> install Package -> install from .gz file
After installation pleasedo:

library(caRpools)
load.packages()

Open the RMD file and fill out the MIACCS.xlsx.
