Version 38

Initial clip/alert playback position is now correctly handled when the player is configured to play in reverse.
Opening the video player's context menu on Windows using a touchscreen no longer causes an unwanted click action. Usually.
Clip list status text (e.g. "Loading") is now positioned correctly.
