Wallet's mojo interfaces cleanup

Resolves brave/brave-browser#32995
Some refactorings which include

• Remove group_id arg from AddUnapprovedTransaction method as it is no longer used.
• Remove origin arg from AddUnapprovedTransaction method as it is always null(still not null when transaction is created directly by eth/sol provider)
• Flip dependency TxService->WalletNotificationService
• Less async operations in EthereumProviderImpl
• IWYU optimizations.
