Adds a makefile for generating EPUB and PDF files from the markdown using Pandoc, after the discussion in #127
This is a work in progress; right now all the links between pages are broken. I'm not sure of a way to tell Pandoc how to convert the links into something usable within the ebook; if somebody else can suggest a way to do this, I would greatly appreciate it!
