Changes

  • remove the installation part of Wrangler in Dockerfile
  • update better-sqlite3

Checklist

  • able to open the container without any problems or errors

Notes

  • updating better-sqlite3 is irrelevant to this issue but was done as a part of trials and errors to revisit the dev DB
