We will move almost all content from the main README and Terra dashboards into the website to reduce redundancy and avoid discrepancies.

A few specific items from #695:

  • Remove Module09 docs
  • Break out MakeCohortVcf into its constituent workflows
  • Consistent use of "URI"
  • Expand on QC: expected SV size distributions, specific SV type counts per genome
