Fixed bug with shapeless recipes

Changelog:

• Fixed bug when shapeless recipes get registered as shaped.
• Change how you conversing with the server (when you put in different values in the chat prompt). It now use the official from spigot api instead of custom version. The prompt will automatic close after 2 minutes of inactivity.
