A list of bubblesub plugins

All of them have been created by rr-

To use them, follow these steps:

1. Install bubblesub
2. Put the scripts directory inside the $XDG_CONFIG_HOME/bubblesub/ directory
3. Install the missing Python packages required by the plugins

WATCH OUT: SINCE BUBBLESUB APIS ARE QUITE UNSTABLE, SOME OF THEM MAY NOT WORK PROPERLY.
