Goal of the milestone:

Bürokratt user will be able to use different elements (user utterances, rules, TARA etc) to create a cohesive service flow.

Milestone is completed when the following are completed:

• A subpage of the module has been created, where it is possible to create service flows, i.e. create a sequence of defined elements.
• Built in ability to create chat scenarios (i.e to get input from the end user is created).
• Possibility to define rules for query variables.
• Capability to process end user input is created.
• Ruuter-based signing service (SiGa) template is created.
