Goal of the milestone:

Bürokratt user will be able to tweak and remove services.

Milestone is completed when the following are completed:

• A subpage of the module has been created, where all existing services and their indicators and a button for adding a service are displayed.
• Existing services (incl. all analytical data and training data) can be deleted.
• Ruuter logs can be filtered and viewed for debugging.
