  • ⬆️ update tooling packages
  • 🪟 update electron to 23
  • ⬆️ update ui utilities
  • ⬆️ update other dependencies

note that this does not update

  • react to version 18 (incompatibility with evergreen)
  • redux (many errors, to lazy to fix)
  • reactour (incompatibility within their own universe)

everything else should be up-to-date now

there is still some probmem with using the newer electron (getting the trafficlights positions)

This should be ready to test on different platforms now.
@pajowu do you think we should do that prior to merging or after (because then we will have artifacts)?

Sadly it is completely unclear to me, why the CI is failing :(
