Version 0.1.1

Functionally the same as v0.1.0, but packaged better. The package now creates the user, registers and starts the service, and builds the database (using dbconfig-common).

Additionally, the provided files are now built on Debian Jessie (64-bit) and should work on a wider range of machines.
