Take certain elements from bootstrap and not have everything in there. (e.g. Tables. Just copy the style, and not need the class)

Because most of our users do not fully utilize all of bootstrap features, nor do we feel they will go out and use it, we will deliver the base style and have those who want extra features opt in. We will provide clear directions in how this can be done.

If devices don't support .js, tough luck. Sort of.

Body can be re-sized fairly easily. What we really need is a clear direction of how to handle the menus.

There should be something visible within 2 seconds on mobile. The entire content should be loaded within 5 seconds.
