Initial work done to read in data from NTD data product 2023 Annual Database Service Vehicle Inventory to get count of service vehicles per agency.
Merged with
dim_annual_service_agenciesfor its UPT, VRM, VRH data for 2023. Calculated ratio of service vehicles to UPT/VRM/VRH and plotted to histogram.will open another PR to clean everything up and note some observations.
