It's like our blog, but well we just inform you on what we plan to add, what to delete and what to change in the upcoming version whether it is bug fix update, or a minor or the major one. It will be all here. How to understand version. Ex: 3.1.0 (TimeOn!), 3 is the major version, 1 is the minor update, and 0 represents the revision of the minor update. And the (TimeOn!) is the major version name! 😄

v6.0.0 (Terminator!)

  • We weren't able to keep the promise made for v5, seems bad but isn't, while experimenting those features we came to a conclusion that we were complicating the library. So, with all regards we are sorry but we are dropping the features.
  • But, we are also extremely sorry for removing all the handsome features built till v5. It seems the right thing to do.
  • We are also going to go pure javascript and coffeescript, sorry about that too.
  • Instead we are going to make Calendario a plugin like manager with the most minimal features. Extend according to your use.

v5.0.0 (Convertiblo!)

  • We are bringing modular Calendario, and a highly complex extension process to protect and seal the data as much as possible.
  • With Modular Calendario, can you guess what else is going hot? Different format of calendars, you heard it right. Calendario will be able to generate different calendars, like coptic, hewbrew, mayan ... woah! Thats a lot.
  • With versions, calendars in business will be added. Stay tuned!

v4.0.0 (NoteIt!)

  • hCal feed. Which is a very common micro-format and is easily interchangeable to other calendar formats.
  • Auto html. You don't need to mention whether the event needs to be wrapped in <span> or <a> tag.
  • New data keys for event data, i.e., notes and url.
  • New recurring events.
  • Demos for all types of views, YEARLY, WEEKLY, DAY and TODAY.
  • Event categories!
