Issue opened by Telefonica, to address the case when a binding with a specific configuration (phoneNumber, blockchainNetworkId, blockchainPublicAddress and optionally currency) already exists, and a new one (POST) with the same configuration is triggered. The proposed exception is `HTTP 409 - CONFLICT`. Also some description rewording and fixing is proposed. Commented during the meeting to be reviewed offline and talk in the next meeting.
